To form a new habit, you need a new system. Clearly the old system hasn’t been serving us. You know the one I’m talking about. Getting out of bed, late, only to have to rush to work with a cup of coffee in your hand or waiting in line at the Starbucks drive-thru. This might be followed by a stop at the fast food breakfast sandwich place or donut shop. Sure, its all convenient, but it’s not good for you. This is why I say you need a new system.
